Do you think women deserve a better chance in life? Do you want to help them do that? Then why not join us?

We’re an award winning charity based in Eastbourne, run by women for women.  Thanks to a major National Lottery grant we’re entering an exciting new phase in our development and looking for new Trustees to help us take this forward.

We are especially looking for those with an interest and/or experience in any of the following:

• Legal expertise
• Working with volunteers
• Fundraising and bid writing

We are particularly keen to hear from women from diverse ethnic backgrounds and if you’ve had to fight your own battles, or helped others fight theirs then we’d love to hear from you too.

We meet every 6-8 weeks in Eastbourne in the evening. Trustees are responsible for setting the strategy and policies for the charity, and monitoring progress against our aims.
