WayfinderWoman are proud to present their third Work and Wellbeing Day where you’ll discover:
Employment Advice | Latest thinking on the impact of AI on work
PLUS information on wellbeing goods and services
|Open to all, 2024 will be bigger and better than before. We’re taking over the whole of the Sovereign Harbour Community Centre, based at the Innovation Park, Eastbourne and opposite the Crumbles retail park. There’s plenty of parking and the venue is fully accessible.
And it’s free!
|Come along and discover for yourself the amazing talent when browsing our stall holder’s Hall and treat yourself; talk to local employers in our recruitment hall; listen to speakers on the theme for 2024 ‘AI: Friend or Foe? ‘ and enjoy our refreshments in the café.
In our Wellbeing Hall we have tables for 38 small traders including space for four practitioners who can bring their tables – you might indulge in massage, nails or reiki. True to our mission we’re particularly encouraging female entrepreneurs to display their services and/or goods. Anything to do with wellbeing is welcome.
Tables are £25 each or £15 each for our four charity spaces.
Looking for work or wanting to change careers? Then visit our Employer Hall and talk to local employers. Or get in touch with us now for us to help you. We’ll also have information about careers and putting together a CV.
If you’re an employer and are looking to recruit, or to find out how we can help you, then speak to us now.
In our speaker hall we’ll have experts tackling the subject ‘AI: Friend or Foe?’ What does AI really mean for employers and employees, for future jobs? We know there’s a shortage of tech savvy people so there’s lots of potential. How do we take advantage of that and, conversely, with predictions that whole professions will be taken over by technology and AI, what should we do as employers or employees to protect ourselves?
