Do some people just “push your buttons” and you don’t know why? Do you sometimes find it hard to work out what motivates someone else?

Working styles offers a useful model for looking at personality differences drawn from Transactional Analysis. Working styles underlie our belief systems and effect the way we interact and relate to other people. Often the people who most “push our buttons” are the people with different or opposite working styles to ourselves.

In this workshop you will:
· Gain an understanding into your own personality type.
· Get some tips to manage your own emotions when others push your buttons.
· Learn some ways to improve relationships with others both at home and at work
