About this Event
This online event will give a taster of what the 4 weekly course consists of.
Includes: A movement-based session consisting of mobility, strength and Interval Explanations of how and why we train this way during mid-life.
Nikki Hughes will also briefly discuss the extras that are included with the 4 – week course such as the nutrition focus, kitchen makeover exercise and weekly motivational goal setting tasks.
The taster session will last 90 minutes. You will be sent a link to join via email.
After the taster session, you will be invited to the full 4 week course (no obligation to join)
The cost of the full four-week course will be £40 (20% discount from the usual cost).
The 4 – week course will take place on Saturday mornings at 11 am each week (Dates TBA)
