The second fun workshop with local reporter and TV news presenter John Young will help you speak up when inside you may be scared. John will help you discover that stepping outside your comfort zone is easier than you think. You’ll get hints and tips as to how you can grow your self confidence, how to prepare for interviews and handle questions with confidence.

You’ll come away inspired and know that you’re not alone.
