Latecomers more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed entry as they may put themselves at risk of injury by not doing the warm up. \nPlease arrive 30 minutes before the event at 1.30pm for a 2pm start as non members of the club will need to sign a medical disclaimer. \nNon members are very welcome to use the changing facilities and lockers here as there will not be room in the studio for bags and coats.
