DESCRIPTION:Do some people just “push your buttons” and you don’t know why? Do you sometimes find it hard to work out what motivates someone else? \nWorking styles offers a useful model for looking at personality differences drawn from Transactional Analysis. Working styles underlie our belief systems and effect the way we interact and relate to other people.
