DESCRIPTION:Do you find it difficult to say no? \nDo you worry about being seen as aggressive when you want to be assertive? \nDo you want to want to be more confident about standing up for yourself? \nThen this workshop is just right for you! \nFunded by the National Lottery this workshop is open to women in and around Uckfield. You’ll get the chance to talk in a small group about what assertiveness really is and how you can start becoming more confident in yourselves.
